Q: Why do you ask for our telephone number and email
address during the payment process?
A: What a great question! There are a few reasons
for our asking:
1) We ask for email addresses because since payment
is being made on-line we can immediately send you a
confirmation email detailing your order so you can
verify the information.
2) There are also occasions when we may need to correspond
with you and our first attempt will be through an email.
So it's important that the email you give us during
check out is correct.
3) As far as a telephone number is concerned, we use
those for 2 reasons. First, UPS requires them for shipments
because if there is a problem delivering your package
they WILL try to call you at the number provided. Second,
if there is a problem with your order someone from
our offices may need to contact you as soon as possible
in order to ship your items.

| Q: Will Dr. Wong be coming out
with any new books? |
A: We'll answer this in parts:
1) Yes! In fact, Dr. Wong has spent
the last week putting the finishing touches on his
Women's Health book. Due to the various projects Dr.
Wong is working on, there has been a delay in the women's
book. We will give you more updated information as
it becomes available.
2) Also, Dr. Wong is working on the
long awaited Anti-Aging book.... I know he spoke of
it in one of his lectures about 3 years ago. So, it
should be finished sometime next year.
3) Dr. Wong is also working on a new
audio series which will hopefully begin being available
within the next few months....time permitting.

Q: What are you shipping cut-off times? In other words,
how late can I place an order for it to ship the same day?
A: Most orders that are placed by
11:00 am CST will ship the same day assuming the product
is in stock. For more detailed information please visit
our Shipping page.

Q: I would like to know where are your offices are located
so I can figure out how long UPS Ground shipping will take.
A: Our offices are located
in North Central Texas about 80 miles west of the
Dallas MetroPlex. So, if you live in an approximate
500 mile radius of this location there is a good
chance your order will arrive to you the next business
day after it ships even if you ship UPS Ground. Notice
I said a good chance, this is not a definite. We
are not in control of UPS and cannot say for certain
how long it takes to delivery packages.

Q: How does UPS determine when a package will be delivered?
I thought my package would be here earlier because I
paid for 2nd Day Air.
A: The first
thing you need to consider when determining your shipping
method is: when will your package ship? If you place
your order after 11:00 am CST most likely, your package
will ship the day after you place your order. AND UPS
does not count the day a package is picked up as one
of the shipping days. For example, if you place an
order on Tuesday afternoon and would like to receive
it by the weekend then you would need to have it shipped
2nd Day Air just to be on the safe side.

Q: When do you ship your orders?
A: It is our
goal to ship all orders that are received by 11:00
am CST on the same day. We have a regular UPS pick
up and all of our packages much be ready for pick-up
fairly early every day. Sorry for the inconveniences.
Our regularly scheduled pick up times are dictated
to us by UPS - we do not set them ourselves. To make
sure you receive your items when you need them please
anticipate your order shipping the day after you place
the order and select the shipping method that is most
appropriate for your needs.

Q: Do you send shipping confirmations once an order
is shipped?
A: We are
a small company but we do try to send personalized
email shipping confirmations with UPS tracking numbers
so you can monitor the progress of your order. You
should definitely receive a Quantum Shipping Notice
from UPS with the tracking number also. So, either
way you should receive at least one (1) email confirming
shipment of your package. However, if you did not spell
your email address correctly or do not properly check
you junk mail or if your email provider blocks these
confirmation emails you will not receive anything.

Q: How do you calculate shipping charges?
A: Our store
is set up to contact UPS to calculate shipping charges
based on the total weight of the package and the to
and from zip codes. We do not have a system where we
figure the numbers. This is done automatically from
the UPS systems.
