Cream
of Tartar |
The cornerstone of Dr. Tom Revis’s
program to control systemic yeast infections (candida
infections), Cream of Tartar powder is a waste product
of fermenting grapes.
One to six teaspoons are taken daily
to a dose just shy of having the runs. Getting the
runs signify too fast a yeast die off. For most folks
one or two months of taking cream of tartar is enough
to kill off the bulk of persistent yeast infection.
Taking the cream of tartar along side the inulin
and probiotics (to further force out yeast and re-colonize
the body with good bacteria), complete the program.
Maintaining a positive balance of good bacteria in
the gut and body is a constant fight. The inulin
and probiotics should be taken continually to maintain
the fight against bad yeast and maintain the balance
of bacteria on the positive side.
