We are very proud to be able to offer our customers Free Domestic (USA Shipping only) Shipping when they purchase at least $150.00 worth of product from us. Unfortunately our current shopping cart system will not allow this offer to be taken during the check-out process. As a result, the shipping charges will be reflected when you check-out of our system. But we didn't want that to stop us from offering you this great savings! So, one of our customer service representatives will either deduct the Ground Shipping charges from your final total before your credit card is charged or issue you a refund on your credit card. Either way, you will get your free shipping! When you receive your package, please check the included sales receipt so you will recognize the charges or refunds on your credit card.

PO Box Customers

There are three options available for our PO Box customers:

1) Call our customer service representatives directly for shipping costs and they will place the order for you.

2) Continue to place your order via our on-line store and choose UPS Ground, but put your PO Box address in the ship-to portion. Your package will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

3) Let us ship your package to your place of business via UPS Ground. Just put your work address in the Ship To Address area of the check out page.

APO/AE Military Addresses

Dr. Wong and DocsPrefer.com proudly support our troops. So, the answer is YES, we do ship to APO/AE addresses!

We consider it an honor to provide our men and women fighting abroad with the nutritional supplements they need to operate at optimal levels of effectiveness! And help them operate at optimal levels for their return home to loving family and friends.

And, since we no longer offer USPS shipping on-line, we are now offering Free Shipping to all of our brave men and women fighting abroad. So, if you have an APO/AE address, order from www.DocsPrefer.com knowing that your items will be shipped to you Safely & Quickly via the USPS Priority Mail service for Free.

When We Ship

Orders Received by 11:00 am CST will ship the same day (unless they are temporarily out of stock - see below).

Orders Received after 11:00 am CST will ship the next business day (unless they are temporarily out of stock - see below).

All packages are shipped within 3 Business days of order receipt.

Exceptions:

1)Orders that cannot be mailed due to a 'Holiday' will be shipped the next business day following the Holiday.

2) If you receive a $0.00 shipping charge when you place your order, we will have to calculate your shipping charges and send you payment information for those charges before shipping your package. So, it could take an extra 2-3 days for your package to ship.

Back Orders / Out of Stock Items

We try to notify customers of "out of stock or backordered" items prior to their trying to place an order by listing the item as "Out of Stock" on the website. This prevents any ordering of the item. Unfortunately, we are not always able to get the items "off-line" soon enough. So, if you happen to place an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will not charge your credit card for this item until it is in-stock and ready to ship.

If you place an order for multiple items and one or more of the items are out of stock, then we reserve the right to:

Hold the entire order until all items are in stock and then ship all the items together. In which case, your credit card will not be charged until the entire order is ready to ship. Or.....
Ship the in-stock items in accordance with the shipping policy stated above and then ship the backordered items separately once they are in stock, at no additional charge to you. In which case, your credit card will not be charged for the backordered / out of stock items until they are ready to ship.

Back orders are indicated on the sales receipt included with your package. You will be promptly notified of any discontinued or temporarily unavailable items.

Let me begin by stating that WAM Essentials, Inc and DocsPrefer.com do NOT offer free shipping for international orders unless the order total is at least $450.00. During checkout please choose any of the UPS shipping options to receive your initial $0.00 shipping total. This will allow you to place your order and you will be contacted via email separately with shipping costs. Once we manually calculate the shipping charges, which are based on the weight of the package as well as the from-to locations, we will create a personalized payment page for you and upload it to the internet. Then one of our customer service representatives will send you an email with the link so you can pay for the shipping charges on-line. Your items will not be shipped until successful payment has been made for shipping charges.

Please Note the following Conditions which apply to all International Orders

	Missing Items: When your package arrives, please check it for content. If you find an item is missing and your package was not pilfered while in customs, we will be happy to refund you the cost of the item (this only applies to international orders). However, our customer service associates must be notified within 5 days after receipt of the package that an item is missing. This is ample time to look through you package and verify the contents against the on-line sales receipt you received via email after completing your purchase to determine if an item is missing. DocsPrefer.com will not be able to issue refunds if you wait longer than 5 days to notify us of the error. Sorry for the inconvenience.

	Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of the products you wish to order. As the buyer, you are responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees and other duties.

	As a customer, you are responsible to comply with International, National or local laws regulating importation of products that you may purchase. If an order sent by us to you is refused delivery by customs due to unauthorized ingredients or contents, WAM Essentials, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any losses or costs incurred by you, the customer. If the shipment is abandoned or discarded by customs, you will not receive a refund or credit of any kind. In a case where we receive a return of any shipment refused by customs authorities of any country, WAM Essentials, Inc. will credit the customer 80% of the value of the unopened and un-tampered with products purchased. There will be no refund of shipping charges incurred for the return of the shipment to WAM Essentials, Inc. or the initial shipping charges sending the product to you. There is usually not an importation problem, but occasionally they occur. By ordering you agree to be bound by these terms.

	In the event an order is returned to WAM Essentials, Inc. by Customs, your refund will be limited to 80% of the purchase price of the product returned, to cover our handling and re-stocking costs. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable.

When We Ship

For International Orders this will vary. Once, payment is received for the shipping charges, most international orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

	We ship to most countries. Below is a list of those countries that we have encountered little or no problems with:

Special Countries
	Some countries have special import requirements for nutritional supplements. Below is a list of some things that have been encountered.
		Columbia:	Customs requires an import license before entry of the product is granted. The customer must fax a copy of the license before placing an order.
		Greece:	Customs requires an import license before entry of the product is granted. The customer must fax a copy of the license before placing an order.
		Hong Kong:	Customs requires an import license before entry of the product is granted. The customer must fax a copy of the license before placing an order.
		Mexico:	A Health Permit from the Ministry of Health is required on all orders placed from Mexico.
		Spain:	Prior authorization from Customs must accompany any order.
		Thailand:	Customs requires an import license in addition to an authorization from the Ministry of Health.
