Dear Doctor, Tell me more about Fibroids |
Q: I've
been reading a lot of conflicting information
about Fibroids on-line. Everthing gets so
confusing. In your opinion, what is the easiest
and most effective protocol I can follow
to get rid of my fibroids? |
A: There is an awful
lot of conflicting information on the internet
concerning fibroids. What everyone must
remember about fibroid growth is that it
is driven by ESTROGEN. Regardless of the
protocol you follow, first and foremost
you must control the estrogen you body
is making and you must limit the estrogen
you are taking. Even if you go the route
of surgery to have your fibroids removed;
if you do not control your estrogen levels,
the fibroids will grow back!!!!!
When fighting fibroids, I recommend women
do several things:
- Stay away from all estrogens: including
soy, flax, and most women's herbs (which
are estrogenic). Take a look a the estrogen
content of foods on my articles website:
Phytoestrogen
Food Sources.
- Take supplements that can act as aromatase
inhibitors (keeping our bodies from making
more bad estrogen) and/or estrogen blockers.
The three products we sell that do this
are: Maca Root Powder and Myomin
- Use Progesterone Cream as an aromatase
inhibitor and increase our progesterone
naturally.
- Take Systemic Enzymes to lyse away
at the fibroid.
